Hace poquito que hice mi primer pedido,el servicio muy bien y muy rapido y llego muy bien empaquetado para que todo llegara en optimas condiciones.
De los zumos que de momento e probado todos me han gustado, el de naranja y curcuma un 10 le doy ,el de granada muy bueno y el resto a la espera de probar los ,pero seguro que me sorprenderan y seguro que repetire.

Hola Luis. Los casquitos es un almibar (como el melocoton en almibar que se hace aqui) tiene que llevar azucar, nosotros lo hacemos al gusto más de aqui, con la azucar justa, por que si no le ponemos azucar no se puede hacer el almibar, seria guayaba cocida que no tendria sabor.

El zumo esta muy bueno, todos ellos. Por poner algún pero, deberían ser botellas de 1 litro y de plástico aunque sea más ecológico el cristal. Pero así se aligera peso y se evitan roturas con los costes que todo eso lleva y que sea el cliente el responsable de poner para reciclar las botellas de plástico. Con ese ahorro se podrían poner botellas de un litro sin subir el precio.
Pero insisto, el zumo esta buenísimo.

Hola Ricardo,para embotellar en plastico el proceso es otro, con otra calidad. Nosotros hemos apostado en hacer la maxima calidad y debe de ser en cristal, aunque tienes razon es más caro.

El zumo de granada es excelente. En cuanto a la entrega no tan buena. Estaba en casa a la hora que dijeron que no había nadie y luego tuve que ir a recoger el paquete a un par de kilómetros de casa y tengo 81 años.

Hola Enrique, lamento lo que dices, por nuestra parte hacemos todo lo posible para que llegue cuanto antes y en las mejores condiciones posibles, pero dependemos de una persona que le tiene que entregar la caja y a veces no hacen bien su trabajo. Cuando tenga algun problema como dice, nos avisa e intentaremos solucionarlo, por que es nuestra responsabilidad. Gracias por su opinion y disculpas por lo ocurrido. Pagamos para que se lo entreguen en casa
