I couldn't find my regular B12 that came in the tiniest pill, so easy to take, so I ordered capsules. Unfortunately there is a horrible taste to it that I just cannot stomach. Disappointed!

Great for ingesting Collagen into diet instead of two scoops of the powdered brand which you have to add to a hot drink. Who doesn't like a peach gummie? Don't know if working yet on improving my skin as on second bottle.

What they didn't know was that it's the microbiome that you need to feed in the first place and that these little guys regulate your immune system and it's response to attacks. But who are they and what do they eat? SBOs are coming in our guts as guests, they stay for awhile, kill some bad guys, teach our innate good guys some tricks how to fight, etc. and off they go. The strength of all life comes from the earth, but without the SBOs the plants become weak and sick. Eat a lot of fiber and fermented foods ( probiotics ), stop the junk food and you'll be fine.

These are so good but so expensive. They taste so good you'll want to eat way more than 2. They don't have it on here to review, but the Olly Hello Happy Turmeric gummy worms? are nasty don't get those ones. Lol

These probiotics are great. I usually get acne from probiotics. However, these are soil based and they don't give me acne. I suggest start taking them thrice a week and build up slowly to daily consistency. Four stars because I find the gummies a bit too sweet, other than that a great product.

Overall, pretty decent. I would suggest a live probiotic if you want the real deal. Not sure how the probiotics in this are ?live?.

My absolute favorite probiotic! They taste so good and are enjoyable to take! You have to take two a day so the bottle goes fast which is a little annoying since they're not the cheapest probiotic out there but 100% worth it! They really work!

After taking these for a few weeks I noticed a big improvement! Less bloating and gas. I take one after each dinner and it makes me feel great! I recommend them.

Currently taking these probiotics as well. The taste is great and it seems to be helping. Only con would be that gummies contain less amounts of probiotics that an actually pill or tablet.

Usually when I take B12 it fills me with energy, but these are just not doing it for me, Im not buying this brand again

I have bought this product many times. If I don't drink coffee after 3pm, it helps. It does not make me sleepy though, but once I fall asleep, I sleep more soundly. I have used it every night for a while and moved on to something else. I need something that actually makes me sleepy.
