This works well to help me fall asleep but not stay asleep. I generally sleep for about four hours before waking up again. For me personally, I think I need to try a dual melatonin with both a fast and slow release component.

Biggest qualm with all Olly products is how inconsistent the qualities are. Some products have a 18 days supply some 25 days but very few are thirty. It drives me insane as I have to purchase so often and seems to be all the time whether it's this, the stress gummies, focus or bloat. I like these but definitely aren't the most effective out there. Taste good and convinces me to take daily which is what I was trying to solve for.

This product is gentle on my stomach, and I've had no negative side effects. I like the formulation since it's soil based. I'm so impressed with the quality, and will be buying more after this bottle runs out. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I don't have any bad after-taste. My gut health has improved a little since I started taking this, and I can't wait to see my results in a couple more weeks.

I've been using these for a couple weeks now, and would definitely recommend them! I feel less bloated overall, and less heavier and tired after eating. My digestion and gut health seems have improved. Also I feel more energetic.
