I use to track ovulation, as I don't ovulate regularly and my cycles are all over the place. The first test I took did not work, but I think it was user error. I didn't find the instructions super helpful, but once you get the hang of them they're simple.It's a pain in the rear having to pee into a cup and dip the sticks vs. peeing directly on them- that's my only complaint. They won't work or register if you pee directly on them.

The melatonin gummies work very well! I find that they help me to begin dozing within about 30 minutes of taking them. Because they are gummies, they are very appealing to take and can be easier for people who have trouble swallowing pills. The taste is good, and there is absolutely no hint of bitterness. Be sure to follow the instructions on the bottle (or the instructions of a healthcare professional) to make sure you take the right amount. You need to take two gummies in most cases, which equals 10 mg of melatonin. I find that I can often take just one gummy, 5 mg, and still notice that it is strong enough to have an improvement in my ability to sleep.I have not noticed any morning grogginess, but I always make sure that I am going to sleep for at least 6 hours before I take them. I find that if I take them too close to when I have to wake up, around 4-5 hours, I definitely feel groggy in the morning. Of course, that could either be the medication or the fact that I didn't get enough sleep! All that to say, you definitely want to take it before you start having significant trouble falling asleep for the night!

This product helps me sleep most of the time but recently i've had extreme nightmares and it's only when i take these gummy's i looked it up and so many other people have nightmares only with these gummy's too i mean these nightmares are like nightmares like i've never had before

The first time I took, I threw up. My initial thought was wow these taste good (and they do) however, few hours passed by and I was feeling bloated and nauseous. These are not FDA approved. I ended up vomiting. It's not eligible for return unfortunately.

Individually wrapped with two per package makes them easy to take with you if you travel. I personally am not particularly fond of the taste, atlhough considering what glutathione drops taste like, I'd say the flavor covers up the taste pretty well. This is an easy way to take your glutathione. It's a good value for the money.

As an Amazon evangelist, of course I was going to buy the Amazon branded melatonin, LOL! Ultimately, melatonin should be pretty consistent across brands, so I opted for that of the best value. I'm trying to cut down my scroll-on-phone-in-bed-screen-time and just get to bed sooner, and these have been helpful. Only con is these are a bit too sweet, but whatever, it's just 2 gummies.

This stuff definitely works! My son doesn't need this all the time, but it comes in handy when he can't fall asleep. He says it tastes really good! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because they seem to get hard quickly. He doesn't seem to mind too much but he's mentioned it a few times that they get hard to chew after it's been open for a bit. All in all, it's a good product that I'll continue to purchase.
