not so good for me, the pill tastes like a plastic pill with liquid inside.

I bought these and the NATURELO men's multivitamins after starting to have joint stiffness associated with being on my feet, actively for 8-10 hours a day. These work well to alleviate much of the stiffness in my joints after bending and kneeling in an auto-body shop all day. Another reason I bought these is because only 1x daily is needed, as opposed to some fish/krill oil where you may need 2-4. However, these are 2x the size of some available krill/joint soft-gels that available by other manufacturers. The citrus taste is good, and there is no trace of any fishy taste. These may not go well with some diets/environments. My stomach seemed to not like them taken with lunch and then going back to work in the FL heat. That is not necessarily a negative, because if they are taken after work..on the weekends..etc they seem to work better with my body, but, you will still taste the citrus flavor, even when taken with a meal. Overall, they work well for your joints, but are large and may not mix well with some peoples diets/digestive systems. Not sure if I will continue to buy these or use something smaller like the Schiff joint soft gels.

I like the B12 supplement in this company's offerings, easy to absorb, and helps combat fatigue from anemia for me. I plan to purchase this on an ongoing basis.

I switched from Codeage SBO 50 qto SBO 100. The 50 was great for me i saw amazing results but now that i am using the 100 the difference is crazy! This is exactly what i need for my stomach pain, it all went away.

THEY WERE QUICK AND ACCURATE.

It is a quite large capsule but neither my husband nor I had trouble swallowing. If I don 't eat with it or eat enough I simply burp lemon like lemon candy no worries there. Unlike some other fish oils that have upset my stomach this does not

I purchased NB Melatonin when I traveled to Asia to adjust to the different time zones. I always took a soft gel when I felt my body was already relaxed, I feel these just sped u the process. I also take them during 4+ hour flights and they work wonders. I sleep comfortably and wake up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend for time zone adjusting and catching a comfortable snooze during travel.

I spent so long having the nasty dissolvable melatonin. I couldn't take it, I would choose laying awake over the nasty taste. The pills are so easy and work well. I take the melatonin and relax shortly after.
