Ordered a different b12 previously with only 900mcg total and that stuff was rocket fuel. This product is almost no noticeable effect even with 2000mcg. Better to pay a little more. This is a get what you pay for product.

I had wanted to try a B12 vitamin b/c I noticed when having my daily protein drink that has B12 in it, I would feel a great natural boost. When I started reading about B12, I learned about the many health benefits. This brand is great, I feel natural energy, less hungry, a clearer mind and overall upbeat. I am very health conscious and have a lot of skin/food sensistivie, am sensitive to any medications and this Vitamin works great for me/with my system. I would highly recommend it.
