I can swallow large pills, but these pills are huge and there are times I cannot swallow it so I have to bite into it to break open the gel pill. It's not a terrible taste with water but I would rather swallow it whole than break open the contents. Therefore, if you have problems swallowing extra large gel or capsules, I would recommend the mini gel caps They are smaller and easier to swallow. I do believe the quality of the omega 3 fish oil is very good and I trust this company is giving us a healthy product.

Not your regular chainstore B12 vitamins. I do feel a difference and more energetic. I was getting very worried about the lack of energy I am having. Yes, I am still worried, but this has definitely picked me up to do this I havent for a while. I will have these on my subscibe orders.

Seems like some of the capsules busted open during shipping. I've got a sticky, fishy, mess in a bottle. I'll probably tough it out as I can handle sticky capsules for a month. The supplement itself came highly recommended by a friend, and I've been using naturellos men's multi for a while now and love it, so 5 stars

Great product for the money! Switched from another brand I was taking for about a year. Had to double-check the supplemental facts for this brand, as it seemed too good to be true! This brand had 2x the dosage of the other brand I was taking, and I got 240 capsules for the same price that I got 100 capsules of the other brand! Win-win!
