So Walmart was out of the normal biotin I get and this was the best replacement I have ever received. They are smaller and my nails have never been stronger, and mind you I have been taking the other brand for years. I will never go back. I only want this one moving forward.

I bought this for my husband in an effort to help him quit chewing tobacco. He said that it is a good alternative. These have a burn to them, but he has had me purchase these 3 times so I think it is helping.

Ive had the hardest time going to sleep. Didnt matter how long i have worked or how much i did even when i felt sleepy. I couldnt go to bed could be part of my anxiety my brain wouldnt let me go to sleep I have tried regularly melatonin didnt work. I have tried sleeping pills made me sick. So i tried these. No problem at all and they still work.

I purchased this because they were out of what I had been purchasing. Very satisfied. No issues. I was purchasing a probiotic only product and this has the added bonus of a prebiotic as well. Hope they keep this brand as I will be purchasing it in the future.

Got a bottle after not using them for a while and really didn't mind the change in formula. Yes, the texture and taste are a bit different but it's really not that bad. I don't understand why people are being so negative about the change, you literally chew them for 10 seconds, swallow, then have the best sleep of your life, plus no grogginess in the morning like some other sleep aids have. If the texture and taste are so bad then chase it down with a Sprite or something. I'll continue to use these for occasional sleeplessness and would highly recommend them.

hashimoto's causes hair loss and thinning. ive read pros and cons regarding this product and for ME, it absolutely helps my hair snd nails grow faster. a few yrs ago I came off of it wondering if it was my imagination and tbh after 3 months of seeing zero growth I'm back on it. hair is still thin but a bit stronger. this product has been a great help in getting my hair back. if you have round spots or significant baldness (alopecia) I'd say see a dermatologist who specializes in hair loss. I've done that in early years but nothing has helped me like these. I do have to continue taking it to keep my hair from coming out by handfuls.
