I have bought flowers from Telerosa on several occasions and always been very satisfied with both the product and service. Not this time!
Instead of the advertised attractive flower basket, that would act as a long-term positive reminder, the flowers were delivered in something approximating a wooden tray that would be better suited to showcasing fruit. Extreemely disappointing!
I know that Telerosa subcontract, but this needs to be done in a very controlled way to ensure that quality is standardised. If the subcontractor had contacted me before delivery to explain about the 'basket', I would have chosen a different product.
At the moment I am very unhappy that my chosen product was compromised - and the inferior nature of the gift reflects badly on me personally. I shan't be using Telerosa again until they improve their systems.

The quality and quantity of the Bouquet was excellent ...
Also their delivery people worked wonders with the limited information that I was able to provide....Result....One very surprised and happy young woman...
