Es la primera vez que compro en 3Dfils y la experiencia ha sido excelente. El envío fue muy rápido y, además, me llamaron por un pequeño error en la dirección antes de enviarlo, un gesto que se agradece mucho.

Compré PLA y ASA, y la calidad de ambos me ha sorprendido. El PLA es una pasada: con los mismos parámetros que usaba con otra marca, los resultados parecen de una impresora mucho más cara. Y el ASA también se imprime muy bien, con buena adherencia y sin problemas de warping.

Muy contento con la atención y con los materiales. Repetiré sin duda.

El envío fue rapidísimo y, además, tuvieron el detalle de llamarme por un pequeño error en la dirección antes de enviar el pedido. ¡Atención al cliente de 10!

Compré un rollo de PLA y la diferencia respecto a la marca que usaba antes es brutal. Con los mismos parámetros de impresión, parece que haya cambiado de impresora: capas más limpias, mejor adherencia y acabados mucho más profesionales.

Se imprime muy bien, con excelente calidad superficial y sin problemas de warping. Muy recomendable, sin duda repetiré.

Aún no probé el blanco pero presupongo que igual que el ASA en negro, todo perfecto.

Pues la verdad de 5 rollos que he echo no me ido bien. De los 5 rollos, 4 tenían con un nudo y además todos vienen como sucios como con rayas negras que en la impresión se notan.

Despues de romperme la cabeza con el abs para un proyecto he probada con este asa y no hay color, las piezas son muy parecidas pero lo facil que ha sido imprimir este material no me lo esperaba. Para cosas mejores que el pla no tengo dudas de qhe seguire con este

Tuve un pequeño error al hacer el pedido y olvidé poner el número de mi casa. La empresa se tomó la molestia de llamarme para confirmar la dirección, lo cual ya me pareció un buen detalle. Cuando llegó el paquete, resultó que por un cruce de pedidos me habían enviado el pedido de otra persona. Rechacé el paquete y llamé directamente a 3Dfils. Me atendieron de forma muy amable y resolvieron el problema el mismo día, enviándome de nuevo mi pedido. A pesar del contratiempo, estoy muy satisfecho con la atención al cliente y la rapidez con la que solucionaron todo. Sin duda volveré a comprar.

The colors are gorgeous, I’m loving this turquoise. I asked if there was a pink available and it’s not exactly the pink hue I was looking for, looks more salmon but also beautiful. Prints without any problems so far. Overall happy, just a bit upset when I came back for more prices were very different the following week

I liked it, good quality. I had no problem with printing quality but I did have with tangles, lots of tangles! Also I purchased a few colors at 10.99 come back for more and now it’s at 13.18€ each the following week. It’s still cheap but it’s a big difference in short time.

I feel pricing should be more reliable. After choosing several colors and I’m comfortable with the total, the following page adds shipping + tax. What’s odd is a promise of free shipping for a +50€ order but when I select 48€ (expecting to pay shipping), following page tells me I have to pay around 65€? With taxes and shipping, but no free shipping, despite order total in the end being actually above 50€.

This to say Shipping and taxes should appear all together, gives a false sense of how much it will actually cost. Example I got an email advertising ASA max discount at 11,99€ but then it’s actually 19,69€ at checkout (it’s calculating tax+shipping after adding to basket and only at checkout). This made me give up on an order twice. I love that turquoise, want more but the price difference showing just at the end is upsetting.

I like this brand overall, I do recommend, but I feel I need to point out the constant tangles, in all spools ordered, a strange tiny object was in one of the strings from one of spools I bought and ruined a print. Price seems to change weekly apparently. False advertising, at least from my perspective.

I’ve been buying this brand off amazon for a while and there was a quality increase the way spools are sent. Before PLA was dirty, with debris, oddly rolled, as if manually, and now it’s not dirty. One of the spools had a tiny debris in the wire, but was the only one. Overall a lot cleaner, neat. Well packed. Arrives super fast and I do intend to buy again, just waiting for prices to go back to 10,99€ until then running out of PLA

Unfortunately it has lots of tangles, I ordered a few colors so far and they all tangle. So it wasn’t a mistake of a single spool. Luckily printer detects these, but it’s a headache because it stalls printing and I have to unwind and rewind until I get all the tangles, worse is when there’s two or more in a small print.
