I noticed a major difference in my skin as well as my joints which was the primary reason for me purchasing this product. I would say I noticed results with about ten days combined with drinking nothing water and an increase in healthier foods. This obviously made the results more noticeable so I recommend doing the same

I buy this for my grandparents who are in their mid 80's and have given them it the past 8 months. Before using this my grandparents were very slow mentally and seemed like borderline dementia. I honestly noticed a huge difference in their brain function since through communication and activities and now order these regularly!

I love these! I've been taking antibiotics on and off for the past year and was starting to not feel myself. I told one of my nurses and she recommended that I start taking probiotics because antibiotics are known to affect natural gut flora. My roommate said she had taken these and they really helped her with her stomach issues (she thinks she might have IBS) so I decided to give them a try. Overall I'm happy so far and have no complaints! I actually feel a difference with them compared to other probiotics I had taken in the past. My stomach is less sensitive and I feel healthier overall which has also helped to boost my mood! I'll definitely be purchasing these again.
