I use natures bounty melatonin quite often to help me fall asleep. I havent seen too much of a difference between brands in effectiveness (melatonin is melatonin) so I typically go for the most affordable option which is sometimes this one. Overall Id recommend it!

These vitamins are extremely chewy and taste just like candy. Worth trying out. I have not noticed a huge difference in my skin after taking these. I do enjoy them and will definitely purchase again.

I loved this at first. It made me fall asleep quickly which is was having so much trouble with. Are a few months your body builds up a resistance, though, so only use it for a while and then try going without it.

I posted this in my other review but I have a love/hate relationship with melatonin ????? I think it's a hit or miss whether it's going to work... I think sometimes the lower strengths work better?? But that could just be me... I usually get the 10 mg but sometimes I get this and take 2! It's all about what's on sale!! Natures Bounty Melatonin 5 Mg 90 is one of the best melatonin products out there! I trust natures bounty for all of my other vitamins and supplements. Give it a shot! I take the Naturelo Omega-3 fish oil capsules every day. I am a petite female, so the size of the capsules, is too large for me to swallow whole. I tried that three times. My kids really dont like these and I cant eat them because of how much sugar is packed in. What a waste of money.

I work night shifts occasionally and this works every time. Just make sure to dim the lights once you take this since melatonin gets released when it is dark. It also has no sugars which is a big plus since many people take these pills after brushing.
