Tras la apreciación de atención al cliente he de decir que es cierto que no han pasado 15 días desde el pedido, me guíe por lo que ponía en la estimación,. También decir que, para un envío 20/25 días que pone estimado en verano, me sigue pareciendo mucho tiempo, cuando llegue pondré el tiempo exacto que ha tardado
Por lo demás mi experiencia de compra hasta que me llegue el producto es buena.

Buenas tardes, tu pedido salio el dia 14/07/2026 , es decir han pasado 5 dias laborables.Si te fijas cuando haces el pedido te indica que tarda entre 9/10 dias laborables.No se ha cumplido todavía ni el plazo indicado y si además entras en la web verás que en verano aumenta el plazo.Saludos

Buenas tardes Reyes, hemos revisado el archivo de tu pedido y está todo correcto.El tamaño de letra es del número 13 y con negrita, es decir , hemos ido al máximo tamaño teniendo en cuenta que placa que nos pides tiene 2 cm de altura y además reborde.Saludos
