El chico de la tienda de la calle Urbieta creo que se pasó de listo al decirme que no reembolsaban el dinero y que tenía que cambiar las gafas por otra cosa. Así lo que se consigue es perder clientes.

Pedí unas gafas de sol y llegaron enseguida. No me quedaban bien y fui a una de las tiendas que tienen en Donosti. Al decirle que iba a devolverlas, el chico que estaba en la tienda de la calle Urbieta, me dice que tengo que cambiarlas por otra cosa o que me haría un vale. Al final las cambié por otras. En casa miré las condiciones de devolución donde indicaban que te devolvían el dinero. Me sentí engañada.

El único “pero “ es que me dieron la opción de incluir una tarjeta personalizada de regalo.
Me dieron la opción de poner el texto que debía llevar la tarjeta. Lo rellene y la tarjeta no llegó.
