Me gustaría devolver el paquete y que me reembolsaran el dinero. Pagué dinero para que me llegaran en 24 horas y cuando recibí el paquete ya no me hacían falta. Escribí dos correos y no obtuve respuesta.

Horrible!! No pudo ser una peor gestión, el pedido me llegó una semana más tarde, con la caja rota y conos de menos, y por supuesto después de reclamarlo por activa y pasiva. NO RECOMIENDO LA EMPRESA EN ABSOLUTO, SON UNOS LADRONES.

Queríamos algo para dar a los peques en las fiestas del pueblo y estos conos están muy bien y además son aptos para celiacos, que era un tema que nos preocupaba.El pedido fue muy sencillo de realizar y llegaron según lo prometido.
Ya hicimos compra el año pasado y el que viene seguramente hagamos lo mismo ya que la calidad/precio es la mejor que hemos encontrado

Hola, estoy esperando una solución desde hace casi una semana sobre mi pedido, no he recibido contestación.

El pedido llegó destrozado y me he quedado sin opciones para el evento que tenía previsto para este sábado.

Ojalá poder decir otra cosa, pero quizá está estrella ayude a que la solución aparezca

Fatal! Llame a la empresa de transporte porque nunca enviaron el seguimiento de envío, me dijeron que ellos no tenían nada para mí. Las chuches no llegaron nunca, llamé al teléfono de ellos y me colgaban todo el tiempo, aún no se que ha pasado. Al final tuve que recurrir a otra empresa y gastarme el doble de dinero. Muy decepcionada.

Experiencia mejorable.

Realicé un pedido de 60 conos, de los cuales recibí únicamente 40 unidades en un plazo de 48 horas. La incidencia se comunicó inmediatamente por varios canales, sin obtener respuesta en un tiempo adecuado teniendo en cuenta que se trataba de un evento con fecha cerrada.

Ante la falta de solución, tuve que recurrir a otro proveedor para poder cubrir el evento. Posteriormente se gestionó la recogida del producto incorrecto, realizada el lunes a las 14:00, quedando pendiente en este momento la confirmación del reembolso acordado.

Espero que se trate de un caso puntual, aunque la gestión de la incidencia podría mejorar.
