Totalmente recomendable. Hay veces que los pedidos no llegan en tiempo y forma y en ese caso, al menos para mí, la atención al cliente es fundamental. Tanto la rapidez en contestar como el facilitar la información de lo ocurrido y solucionarlo. En mi caso así fue, me contestaron al correo en 24 horas o menos y me informaron de lo ocurrido. Y me facilitaron toda la información que necesité hasta que llegó el pedido.

Cuando hice el pedido no había stock ni en tienda ni en fábrica, però Sofía fué muy amable y professional, consultó el tiempo de espera para que la fábrica las volviera a producir, era cuestión de unos dias... en una semana más me confirmó el pedido y la entrega a los pocos días.
Gracias Sofía por tu buen hacer y amabilidad!! Cuando toque renovar la cocina pensaré en vosotros.

Buenos días,pedí unas muestras a Sofía para un baño que quiero cambiar,llegaron en perfecto estado y rapidísimo.lo bueno el contacto de ellos con el cliente tranquilizandote e informándote como va el envío,solucionandote todos los problemas.
