When do my review invitations renew?

Review invitations are the automatic emails Revi sends to your customers after their purchase to ask them for a review. Each plan has a monthly invitation limit: 50 per month on Free, up to 150 on Pro and up to 500 on Premium (on Premium you can extend to more invitations from your subscription). Invitations renew automatically every month according to the type of account you have:

If you have a paid subscription, your invitations reset on the same day each month that you activated your subscription. For example, if you subscribed on the 15th, your invitations will renew on the 15th of each month.

If you're not sure of your renewal date, check the Subscription area in your Revi account.

If you're using Revi's Free plan, your invitations reset automatically on the 1st of each month.

If you need more invitations before the renewal date, you can purchase Email Credit Bundles (if available in your account) to continue sending requests without upgrading your plan.

Important: using a Free account does not hide your widgets or interrupt the service. You keep the reviews you already have and you keep collecting new ones with the 50 monthly invitations; the only thing Free does not include are the premium features. Your widgets and stars keep showing normally.
