What does each Revi plan include, and which features require Pro or Premium?

The available plans are Free, Pro, and Premium.

Free includes the essential review and invitation features. The developer API, negative review mediation, and connections to Google Business Profile or Trustpilot are available from Free. Direct blocks asking customers to review on Google or Trustpilot are also available from Free. Free includes 50 invitations per month and 1 active connection.

Pro includes all Free features and adds old order recovery, CSV review import and export, platform migration, invitation exclusions, product blacklist, invitation delay and country or language filters, and rich snippets. Pro includes 150 invitations per month and 2 active connections.

Premium includes all Pro features and is required for Google Shopping, product questions and answers, the automatic reputation manager, review draft recovery, and multilingual widgets and public pages. Premium includes 500 invitations per month and 4 active connections. Google Business, Trustpilot, and Google Shopping count toward the connection limit; a purchased extension may increase it.

On Free and Pro, the widget uses the account default language and orders reviews by featured status, rating, and date, with no language priority. On Premium, widget interface text follows the page language, and reviews appear first in that language, then in English, and finally in any other available language. Premium does not translate review content by itself.

Automatic review translation is a paid addon for Premium accounts, with a fixed monthly fee for each purchased language. It translates reviews and public replies, both existing and new, and regenerates the translation when the original is edited.

The monthly allowance renews every month on the renewal day, including annual plans, and unused allowance does not roll over. Bonuses are available on every plan, expire after 60 days, and any remaining balance is lost. You can choose automatic consumption, bonus first, or subscription first; automatic mode uses the balance that expires first. Buying a bonus or renewing the allowance does not recover orders automatically: recovery must be started manually from Orders > Recovery and requires Pro or higher.
