What does each Revi plan include and what features require Pro or Premium

In Revi, the main features are organized by plan. At the customer level, the main plans you will normally see are Free, Pro, and Premium.

Free allows you to start with the basic functions of Revi: automatic emails, product reviews, store reviews, personalized review invitations, and basic management of reviews, orders, products, statistics, and connections.

Pro includes the above and unlocks advanced features. You need Pro or higher to:

• retrieve old orders
• import reviews
• use email blacklists
• use product blacklists
• set the waiting time for sending invitations
• apply sending filters by country or language
• access graphic resources for reviews for emails
• connect Google Business/Profile features
• manage more than one store, with 2 stores by default in Pro

Premium includes the above and unlocks the most advanced features. You need Premium for:

• activate Google Shopping
• use questions and answers
• configure questions and answers
• use auto-translation of reviews
• display multilingual content in invitations and widgets
• create multiple public pages by language or country
• use product upselling in thank you emails
• manage 3 stores by default

There are features that, in addition to the plan, have their own requirements. For example, Google Shopping requires Premium and at least 50 product reviews. The retrieval of old orders can recover up to 1 year of orders, but emails are queued at the moment and consume invitations from your quota. Auto-translations require having the feature available and active translation slots.

Invitations depend on your plan's quota or additional bonuses. Free comes with 50 invitations per month, Pro with 150, and Premium with 500 by default, although Premium can have higher tiers. If you run out of invitations, you can review your subscription, upgrade your plan, or purchase an invitation bonus if it is available in your account.

To review or change your plan, go to the subscription area of your account. If you use Shopify or have billing questions, open a ticket so we can review your case, as Shopify manages charges through its own recurring subscriptions.
