Cher client,

Une fois la facture émise, l’une est tout aussi légale que l’autre, sauf que vous devrez réclamer la TVA auprès du fisc français. Légalement, la TVA sur une commande ne peut être remboursée, vous devez procéder à une annulation totale et passer une nouvelle commande sans TVA. Vous devez lire les Conditions Générales du Contrat que vous acceptez lorsque vous passez vos commandes, qui indiquent clairement que vous devez vérifier la commande et le paiement avant l'émission de la facture, et non quelques jours plus tard. Vous devrez vous adresser au fisc français pour obtenir le remboursement de la TVA.

Hace ocho días hice un pedido con número de referencia HXSSDNIJN que aún no he recibido, les llamo a ustedes telefónicamente hace tres días y me dicen que está en reparto y aún no lo hemos recibido.
Tengo dos personas paradas esperando a que llegue este material, por favor necesito que resuelvan este problema con su agencia ya que, tampoco me han enviado el material por la agencia que nosotros hemos seleccionado.

Ya están l@s compañer@s con su incidencia con la agencia de transportes, normalmente se cambia de agencia si el pedido pierde 24horas porque la logística de la otra agencia ya ha partido. Si usted quiere salir siempre por la misma agencia a perjuicio que pueda perder 24horas por la logistica, debe escribir a [email protected] indicando que quiere que salga por la misma agencia y nunca por otra. Sobre la valoración de la tienda que usted está haciendo, le recordamos que los pedidos pueden llegar a tardar hasta diez días como ustedes aceptan en las Condiciones Generales de Contratación.
