Quanto ao produto que pedi, nada tenho a dizer.
É de lamentar esperar mais de duas semanas após pagamento efetuado e ainda ter de enviar comprovativos da transferência bancária ou pagamento, quando no vosso site não menciona essa informação.

Estimado cliente,

As transferências demoram um dia e mais se forem internacionais. Recebemos MILHARES de encomendas de toda a Europa e todas as transferências são revista, mas demora um pouco porque é um processo MANUAL. Não entendemos como você tem pressa para que o pedido seja despachado rapidamente, mas por outro lado, você faz o pagamento por transferência e não envia o comprovante. Mas a web diz CLARAMENTE

"Tenga en cuenta que las transferencias tardan unos días en recibirse, si quiere agilizar los trámites puede mandarnos un correo electrónico a [email protected] con el nombre y el apellido de la persona que figure en el pedido, el numero de pedido y justificante de transferencia bancaria."
