Estimado cliente,

Si usted se confunde y compra una cosa que no quiere, no se le puede reponer el producto que desea en el momento, entre otras cosas porque tiene que esperar el orden de llegada del pedido. Tampoco se puede gestionar telefónicamente, tiene usted que generar un procedimiento de devolución de mercancía o RMA, y una vez aceptado se procede con la devolución del material, cambio, etc. Usted quería porque necesitaba el material que nos saltáramos todos los procedimientos y le enviáramos el material sin esperar orden de pedidos ni nada. Y eso no puede ser. En estos casos usted hace el RMA, se le acepta, realiza un nuevo pedido y nosotros le recogemos los productos equivocados y le entregamos los correctos.
