He comprado este libro solo por la notación algebraica y el formato 17x24 cm que me parece más cómodo. Ya lo tenía en la edición de Club de Ajedrez, pero con el formato bolsillo, con los gráficos antiguos y la notación descriptiva la lectura no es igual de fluida.
Aunque el contenido y el texto es idéntico si se nota la revisión del editor, para bien, algún gráfico al inicio de la partida lo inserta antes con mejor criterio e introduce alguna nota oportuna.
Creo que merece la pena, es un libro para estudiar y volver a él en cualquier momento.

Para mi gusto un libro excelente, con reflexiones y consejos muy útiles, aunque un tanto "abstractos".
Excelente para los jugadores de ajedrez que también tengan inquietudes de cara a la filosofía y la psicología.
A mí me ha quedado la inquietud de buscar y valorar otros libros de Rowson.
Totalmente recomendable.

Magnifico. Es un tablero digno de un rey. Yo le he puesto unos pequeños fieltros redondeados en las cuatro esquinas para darle un pelín mi altura y que en la mesa lo pueda mover con facilidad. Así ya es el 100% de la perfección

Magníficas piezas!! Solo tengo que poner dos peros y es que vienen un poquito magulladas y que la Torre se queda un poquito pequeña en comparación con los alfiles y caballos.

Pero merece la pena el precio y son magníficas. Los caballos son justo como a mí más me gustan y el peso es sensacional.
