Muy descontento, no con los vídeos en sí, el autor, de hecho, ha hecho un buen trabajo. Mi descontento viene por la tienda virtual aedrez21 y el servicio post venta. Ofertan el nombre del libro en PDF, en este caso yo buscaba el libro "100 finales que hay que saber" en formato digital, encuentro en esta tienda online "100 finales que hay que saber.PDF" más unos vídeos del mismo autor. Lo más normal es pensar que es el libro en sí, pero no, es solo una página con un listado. Extremadamente confuso. Solicité una devolución creo que un par de horas después de la compra y se me dijo que "lo que había comprado era mejor que el libro". No quiero entrar en sí es mejor o no, simplemente no es lo que quería y no se me devolvió el dinero, como le dije a la persona con la que traté. Repito, los vídeos, después de haber visto alguno, están muy bien explicados, muy mal la tienda online y el servicio de atención al cliente.
