Muy contento con la compra, el envío muy rápido y bien protegido. No he tenido necesidad de contactar con atención al cliente pero seguro que lo hacen bien también. Perfecto, los tableros, piezas y reloj llegaron perfectamente embalados y protegidos.
Cada pack de piezas en bolsa autocierre y dentro lo mismo para las piezas de cada color y los tableros, cogí los que se pliegan, también traen una especie de fundita.
La calidad excepcional y el reloj, del que ya tenía varios, es perfecto.
