No se si Vds., comercializan quesos franceses , de leche cruda, AOC, especialmente el Munster, Epoisses, Camemberg de Normandía, pero siempre, han de ser, de leche cruda, ya que si están pasteurizados, son quesos muertos, sin sabor y sin valor gastronómico, para mi gusto claro. Extraño queso, es una especie de bombel blando con corteza de iguana. El sabor es muy agradable, pero si la corteza no es comible, al quitarla, se desperdicia gran cantidad de queso. Otro 8, para su calificación.
