Pedí por internet el Grifo ducha cocina - IRIS de Martí - Blanco/Cromo, sus componentes son de muy buena calidad y de un diseño muy moderno, mi hijo se quedó con la boca abierta al verlo instalado, lo que más me gusta es que es de fácil limpieza y con buenos materiales. Felicidades Martí, seguir así y tenéis cliente para rato, ya no miraré otras marcas.

La gestión etc fue rápida, pero la verdad que le modelo que me llegó no era exactamente el de la foto que necesitaba. El que me llegó era una pieza y el de la foto (salvo error por mi parte) es de dos o tiene una peque hendidura en medio.

Buenos tardes Adrián, Nos indica el fabricante que es posible que haya alguna partida que no lleve la hendidura. Ya que el modelo de este grifo existe con y sin ranura. Si el producto no le satisface podemos hacer las gestiones para cambiarlo. Un saludo.

La gestión para la compra bien, contá tar con la agencia de trasportes para concretar la entrega ha sido mala porque tuve que llamar durante dos días para que me cogieran el teléfono y en cuanto al montaje lo pude hacer pero se echa en falta unas I struciones para hacerlo más rápido y fácil.

Buenos días Pedro, lamentamos las incidencias que comentas. El transporte es un servicio ajeno a Balnearian, en el cual no podemos intermediar. En todos nuestros envíos se indica a la agencia que lo entrega que se avise al cliente sin falta antes de servir. El retraso en contactar con ellos puede ser debido al periodo vacacional de Agosto. Con respecto a las instrucciones de montaje todos nuestros productos salen directos desde fabrica y es allí donde incluyen las instrucciones. Un saludo!
