Pagué 6,99€ por un envío de 24h y me llegó después de 72h. Además he realizado dos pedidos y en los dos me ha llegado un producto que NO se correspondía con las carácteristicas que yo había solicitado. Ni me llamaron para constratar o solucionar la falta de stock. No vuelvo contratar sus servicios.

Gracias por dejarnos tu comentario. Nos gustaria aclarar que al eligir la forma de pago de transferencia bancaria tenemos que esperar a que nos figure el pago en la cuenta para que se autorice el envío. Nos llegó la confirmación del pago el dia 5 y nosotros realizamos el envío el dia 6.

Somos distribuidores oficiales de Kativa y Kerapro y gustosamente te informamos que los productos de Kerapro se han renovado y el embalaje ha cambiado. Ahora se llama Kerapro BMT Advanced y los tamaños disponibles son de 300ml y 1 litro. Los productos que has recibidos ya son los nuevos. El producto anterior ha sido descatalogado.
