El resultado del producto me gusta y sobre todo para personas con muchas canas porque no les deja el pelo verde como pasa con otros productos.
Lo malo... Esque es un poco tóxico, irrita mucho en los ojos, garganta...
El envío está última vez muy mal, hice el pedido y pagué más para que me llegara en 24horas y tardo más de 15 días!!!! Y nadie me reembolso nada de lo que había pagado de más para que me llegara en un día.

Hemos estado revisando tu pedido con fecha 20 de septiembre a las 15:01. Todos los pedidos realizados hasta las 13h30h salen el mismo día, y los realizados despues de las 13h30 salen el día siguiente laboral (según nuestras políticas de envío, ver en Preguntas frecuentes). En el caso de tu pedido no ha sido diferente. Salió el día 21 de septiembre. Sin embargo, la tardanza en la entrega ha sido ocasionado por un fallo en la dirección que nos has facilitado, por estar ausente en los momentos de la entrega y por no contestar nuestras llamadas. Te recordamos que es responsabilidad del cliente facilitar correctamente la dirección de entrega y estar al tanto de nuestras llamas, whatsapps o emails por si hay alguna incidencia en la entrega:
