El envío rápido.
La atención al cliente nefasta. Les mandé un correo y fotos porque me llegó una botella sin protector y se salió producto. Y un mes después aún no me han respondido.

Buenos días Rebeca,

La gelatina sirve para aguantar el rizo, es decir, una vez el pelo esté rizado como lo deseas la aplicas para que se mantengan perfectos por más tiempo. En ningún caso la gelatina te lo va a rizar. Para ello debes utilizar las cremas de peinar. La linea Novex de Embelleze ofrece diferentes tipos de cremas de peinar para diferentes tipos de rizo y resultados.

Gracias por tu comentario. Conforme anunciado en la página principal de nuestra tienda estábamos de vacaciones del 1 al 7 de agosto, con lo que todos los pedidos realizados en dichas fechas se enviaron el miercoles, 8. Nuestro plazo de envío habitual es muy rápido: para todos los pedidos realizados hasta las 12h30 los envíos se hacen el mismo día y a partir de las 12h30 el siguiente día laboral. Si eliges el envío económico por Correos 72h tendrás un plazo de entrega de hasta 3 días y si eliges el envío urgente por SEUR será de 24h a partir de la salida de nuestro almacén.
