Las prendas son bonitas, cómodas y de calidad. No puedo decir lo mismo de la atención al cliente y del envío. Pedido que ha tardado casi un mes en llegar. Tras 20 días me puse en contacto con la empresa a través del número de whatsapp con el fin de pedir información dado que ya no sabía si el pedido se había extraviado u olvidado. Me contestaron "lo reviso ahora mismo" y a los 3 días me escribieron diciendo que salía mi pedido. Se pueden entender las demoras si se da la información adecuada. Es falta de consideración y respeto hacia las personas que confiamos en esta marca.
