Hice un pedido y pasado casi un mes no me había llegado. Reclamé y cuando me llegó ya no podía usarlo, por lo que pedí la devolución. No obtuve respuesta, y volví a enviar otro email explicando mi situación y tampoco me dijeron nada.
El producto es bueno, pero la atención post venta es nefasta.

Hola Miriam! Siento mucho que tu sensación haya sido esa. Te cuento cómo funciona Boboó. Somos una marca artesana y todas las prendas se confeccionan bajo pedido una a una. El tiempo de confección en periodo de rebajas es de 2/3 semanas. Pero además he comprobado que cuando compraste la Ranitas elefantes estaban en preventa ( esto estaba indicado en la prenda) el tejido nos llegaba el día 9 de marzo, a partir de esa fecha son 2/3 semanas. Y dentro de ese plazo ha sido confeccionado y enviado. Aún así, de nuevo disculpas si no estaba claro del todo. Espero que la ropita le haya encantado y la espera por lo menos haya merecido la pena. Un saludo ☺️

Tardó casi un mes en recibir el pedido. Que casualidad que cuando les digo que cancelo el pedido y me devuelvan el dinero, en ese mismo momento me llega un mensaje con "envío en camino". Una tomadura de pelo.

EL OLOR DE LA ROPA ERA COMO A HUMEDAD,
MUY DESAGRADABLE.
Y LA CONFECCIÓN EN LA PARTE DELANTERA. EN LUGAR DE UN SOLO TROZO DE ROPA ESTA PARCHEADO EN TRES TROZOS, CON LO QUE LOS DIBUJOS QUEDAN DESIGUALES Y SE VE FEO., para la poca tela que és deberua ser toda la parte delantera de una pieza.

La verdad que quede descontenta, no lo he devuelto porque lo vio mi otra niña y le hizo gracia. Además al lavarlo la tela se arruga mucho.
