El envio no es certificado. No lo entregan en mano….te lo tiran al patio como envío ordinario. No se puede hacer seguimiento de tus pedidos vía web, ya que esta no registra todos los libros que has adquirido.
Todo estaba mejor montado desde la plataforma de La Boutique de Zothique. Como cliente tengo una muy mala experiencia para gestionar lo que pido. Un paso atrás.

En teoría es envío certificado, pero jamás me piden el DNI directamente lo tiran al patio de casa. Antes si hacían la entrega certificada.
Antes el sistema de compra de productos de Críptica era más cómodo, ahora es un puto coñazo. Compras un produco…si quieres otro te da un código para gastos gratis en Zothique…ahora otra compra usando el código. No os dais cuenta pero es un desastre este sistema de compra.
