La Boutique es un de los pocos sitios en los que el producto (libros magníficos editados con mimo y todo lujo de detalles) están a la misma altura que la atención (la amabilidad es una constante, todo son facilidades y atenciones, incluyendo un agradecimiento/dedicatoria personalizado sorpresa) y el cuidado en la preparación y envío de sus paquetes. Me viene a la mente la palabra "excelencia".

No recibí ninguna comunicación de Correos. He pedido dos libros con vosotros y todo genial excepto el envío, porque en ninguno de los dos libros he recibido el aviso de Correos.
Con el primer envío, el libro se quedó en la oficina de correos 3 días sin que yo supiera que había llegado y me tuvo que avisar el personal de la oficina. Con el segundo, ya estuve al caso y calculé más o menos cuando podía llegar. Pero no recibí el aviso de Correos cuando llegó.
¿Hay alguna posibilidad de recibir la información del envío?

La edición es preciosa. Me han encantado tanto la portada como las ilustraciones del interior. Se trata de un libro muy bien cuidado en todos sus detalles. Vale la pena adquirir una edición tan limitada como ésta.

La Boutique de Zothique es una librería como hay pocas, no solo por los peculiares e interesantísimos libros que vende, sino por el maravilloso trato personalizado que tiene con sus clientes. Envíos rápidos, bien protegidos y con todas las facilidades. Recomendadísima.
