Horrible. Mucho hueso, mas del 50% del peso. (Tengo fotos).
Carne aprovechable + o - 30%.
Peso total 3,800 incluido envoltorio de plástico, caculo que 200 grs. mas.
Astillas de hueso diminutas repartidas por encima de la carne, por mucho que tratas de quitarlas siempre te encuentras alguna al comer la carne, lo que hacer comer con precaución y no disfrutarla plenamente.
Preparación y trabajo nada profesional.
Muy mal. Nunca mas.

sentimos mucho su decepcion con su pedido, solo queremos informarle de que las chuletas se cortan a mano con hachas, por lo que es imposible que no caigan astillas en la carne, como en cualquier carniceria, tambien comentarle que todos los animales no son iguales unos suelen tener mas huesos que otros, perdone las molestias y un saludo

Maravillosa tienda y excelente atención de Jose Carlos. Una maravilla, hubo un pequeño error y se soluciono maravillosamente bien.
El envío genial, envasado al vacío con todas sus etiquetas legales, recién matado, carne muy fresca, te viene el envio genial en su caja de corcho con sus hielo seco. Sin queja alguna.
Recomendable al 100% comprar en esta tienda.
Por mi tienen una compradora fiel.
