En referencia a la entrega de su pedido en Baleares, le informamos que estamos dentro del plazo de entrega estipulado en nuestra web de 5 a 7 días laborables con el agravante indicado en una pantalla emergente visible en nuestra web durante los días de Semana Santa donde se indicaba que los pedidos recibidos a partir del día 3 de abril, serían tramitados el 11 de abril. Aún así su pedido fue recogido por la agencia el día 6/04 y los siguientes días 7 y 10 fueron festivos, por lo que el plazo de entrega se superaría el 18 de abril.
Dicho esto, le informamos que la agencia de transporte nos indica que su pedido se pondrá en reparto para su entrega el día 17 de abril.

Quedamos a su disposición.
