No lo he usado mucho pero el sistema es muy cómodo de usar y tiene muy buena calidad. Lo único que no me gusta es el estuche portafiltros que es demasiado voluminoso y pesado. Podían haber hecho algo mas liviano.

La atención y la guía sobre productos fue magnífica. Tenía unas dudas sobre diferentes versiones de los filtros Kase, me ayudaron a solucionarlas y a conseguir justo lo que quería y que se me adaptase a mis necesidades. Hice una compra desde Canarias y por suerte sirven a las islas y se los agradezco porque en otros proveedores nos excluyen. Lo malo son las aduanas, cosa ajena a ellos, pero que me ayudaron a solventar. Finalmente y con retraso por las aduanas, llegó el material. ¡Perfecto!
