La mejor atención que he recibido en una tienda de RC, el vendedor super entendido del tema, fui a por unas siliconas para amortiguadores y grasa y salí con un combo nuevo, es difícil resistirse a comprar más de lo que necesitas, muy contento con la tienda y el servicio, siempre te ayuda y asesora en todo momento

¡Servicio postventa de otro nivel!.
Les compré un Kit Carson (emisora, receptor, etc.) para mi TT02 y tenía un problema de vinculación al apagar el equipo. ¿Su respuesta? No solo me pidieron el kit para revisarlo, sino que me dijeron que les enviara el coche completo (¡que ni siquiera se lo había comprado a ellos!) solo para asegurarse de que salía de allí funcionando perfectamente.

Ya me tenían como cliente, pero esto ya está a otro nivel. El dinero compra productos y buenos precios, pero la atención profesional y la implicación de esta tienda no se paga con dinero.
