Muy mal servicio en transporte con BALEARES, ya que si hay que hacer cambio, no ofrecéis ese servicio y tienes que pagar tres veces el envío (PARA COMPARLO , PARA DEVOLCERLO Y PARA VOLVERLO A COMPRAR)No entiendo cómo a estas alturas no hay un mejor servicio de transporte cuando hay muchísimas webs de compra online con grandes servicios de transporte, incluso con gastos de envío gratuïtos....No importa sea gratis pero siii ofrecer un buen servicio de cambio de producto de talla , en mi caso.

Buenas tardes Marina, tienes toda la razón. Tenemos un gran problema para enviar tanto a las islas como al extranjero y poder daros un buen servicio en caso de cambios y/o devoluciones. Estamos trabajando todo ese tema y viendo alternativas, pero en cuanto salimos de la península, los precios se disparan, de hecho, directamente a Ceuta y Melilla ni si quiera enviamos por este tema, el coste del envío no nos parece asumible. ? Sabemos que es un punto de mejora, y espero poder daros una alegría en breve.
