El transportista me llamo ayer a las 19.30h - nadie estaba en casa. Hoy me llamo a las 16.30; tampoco había nadie. Me dejo el paquete detrás de la reja, tal como hemos quedado por teléfono (hace frío y tardé una hora a llegar a casa) . Al tratarse de un producto delicado, creo que el transportista tiene que llamar antes para concretar la hora de entrega y no cuando esta en la puerta.
