Muy bien lograda. Uno de los cubos llegó, a pesar del embalaje, despegado. El servicio de atención al cliente me asesoró para solucionarlo y se ofrecieron a repararlo ellos.

El envío muy descontento.
El costo del envío me costos 18€, nada que objetar.
Pero cuando recibo la mercancía tuve que pagar otros 21€ de no se que. Me dijeron que para que no fuera todo para mi, ustedes me devolvería 10,50€, que lo pagaríamos a media. Pero he enviado dos correos y no me han confirmado esa devolución.
Para Canarias no es rentable pedir ya que mi mercancia costó 12€ y he pagado de transporte 40€. Si se que no me solucionaba el problema no hubiera recibido la mercancía.
Si lo envían por correos, como indicaba en el pedido, no me hubieran cobrado esos 21€.
He pedido figuras de belén con importes inferior a 150€, me lo envían por correos y nunca he tenido que pagar de más.
