Al disolverlo salen grumos, se precisa pasarlo por el colador.

Si bien el servicio es bueno debería uno poder seguir en el envío, para saber si se envió, si llegó, si recibieron , etc. hay que llamar o mandar mail a Fondirect. En envío debería poder tener un seguimiento.

Con fecha 11/02/20, les devolví el pedido 1451, factura 00161/2019, a través de correos siguiendo sus indicaciones, y dicho paquete no fue recepcionado por ustedes, con lo cual correos me lo volvió a remitir.
Estos detalles deberían valorarlos, aunque entiendo que la situación que estábamos viviendo (y que continuamos...), estas pequeñas incidencias no tienen tampoco que preocuparnos.
