Comme nous vous l'avons déjà dit, sur la page du produit que vous avez acheté, vous pouvez voir dans la section « Expédition » qu'il est indiqué que les produits qui ne sont pas en stock ont un délai de fabrication de 10 jours car ils sont fabriqués sur commande. De même, dans la section « Garantie et retour », il est indiqué que les frais de retour sont à la charge du client. Toutes ces informations sont disponibles avant de passer toute commande.

Versand war an sich in Ordnung. Leider war für mich erst nach Abschicken der Bestellung ersichtlich, dass es sich um einen Shop in Spanien handelt. Das wäre an sich kein Problem, die Retoure des farblich nicht der Darstellung im Shop entsprechenden Sofaüberwurfes wurde dadurch jedoch unwirtschaftlich. Immerhin scheint der Überwurf ansonsten qualitativ in Ordnung zu sein. Dennoch meine letzte Bestellung hier.

Beaucoup beaucoup trop grand, résultat horrible et bien sur retour payant à vos frais (18€ pour l'Espagne)...
