Excelente en cuanto a frescura, sabor y tiempo de cocción. La pena es que la que me tocó, (el rango era de 400 a 600 gramos), pesaba justo los 400 grs. . Sí ya sé en la cocción se pierde peso, pero es que estaba tan apetecible que me supo a poco.

Por fin me pude comer unos percebes gallegos, que no van mezclados con otros de Marruecos, por ejemplo. Llegaron muy frescos y en perfectas condiciones. Sencillamente excepcionales de sabor, -los cocí yo-, y muy decentes de tamaño.

Nos alegra que le hayan gustado!

El camarón se pesa vivo, y después de cocerlo y pasadas unas horas merma entre un 10 y un 20% de peso.

El pulpo por ejemplo merma un 30% o a veces incluso más después de cocerlo.
