Es muy triste decir que el envío nunca llegó. Todos los años nos reunimos un grupo de amigos para comer fuera. Este año decidimos hacerlo en casa y pedir la comida a Galicia Marisco. Y sin duda alguna fué una decisión errónea, no tanto el comer en casa como sí el hacer el pedido on-line a Galicia Marisco. Desde primera hora del día supuesto de llegada, me interesé por mi pedido para asegurarme que lo tendría, incluso me desplacé 75 km para recogerlo pues me dijeron que lo tenían retenido en la Plataforma de MRW, pero no lo localizaron. En todo momento, Galicia Marisco aseguró que lo recibiría a tiempo para la comida pues confiaban en MRW PERO NO fue así. No habían tenido ninguna incidencia en todo el año, qué casualidad que la única que tuvieron fué la nuestra. Y tampoco tuvieron ningún detalle por parte de Galicia Mariscos por el trastorno que nos ocasionaron. Un "lo siento" y así nos despacharon.

Angulas pésimas. No se pudieron comer, fueron directamente a la basura. Tenían aspecto “consumido”, como de haber estado congeladas un siglo y tal cual enviadas.
Para nada era un producto fresco.
No volvería a comprar NUNCA
(Pongo una estrella porque no me deja no poner nada, pero sin duda yo no daría ni un cuarto de estrella)

Nunca suele fallar.
La atención al cliente de 10.
Me llamaron cuando realice el pedido para informarme de lo que había pedido y confirmar si me llego a tiempo, tanto en noche buena como en nochevieja
