Porquè no he quedado satisfecho de las ostras. Yo las calificaria de inmaduras. Poca carne en el interior. Dificil encontrar el punto de penetración para el abridor por el sutil espesor de la crostra. He llegado a la conclusión que este es un punto propio de la ostra gallega a diferencia de la francesa o del ostronn del delta.

Llegó en tiempo. Bien envasado. El marisco estupendo. Casi todo vivo. Bueno y sabroso. El tamaño genial y eso que había escogido talla mediana de la mayoría. Las centollas llenas y ricas. La empanada de millo fantástica, masa muy fina, con un calentón de horno espectacular. En fin una mariscada de lujo. Por supuesto, repetiré. ( Fdo.una gallega en el exilio que sabe de lo que habla).
