Hemos disfrutado con los bueyes, incluso los machos venían muy llenos. Los pedí cocidos porque eran muchos y quería acelerar en la cocina, pues bien, estaban en su punto de sal y cocción. Los recomiendo.

Mi valoración es muy buena para el servicio tanto en la gestión como el envío.\nLos ""peros"" son:\n1º) Se pidió una empanada de zamburiñas de ""pan de maiz"" (o millo) y la que ha llegado era de pan normal de trigo.\n2º) Los berberechos pedidos y pagados eran los gordo (35-50 piezas) y el que ha llegado era mediano (70-80 piezas).\nLas dos cosas eran de buena calidad pero no coincidían con lo ""esperado"".\nLos demás productos han resultado de calidad excelente y han cumplido las expectativas.\nEspecial mención merece el lenguado que era ""buenísimo"" a pesar de no ser la mejor época.\nRepetiremos.
