Todo perfecto tanto el genero como el servicio de entrega, solo dos pequeños matices que no me gustaron y son las necoras las pedi vivas y me las mandaron muertas y faltandole varias patas y los percebes yo creo que se equivocaron ya que pedi tamaño mediano y lo que recibi fue tamaño pequeño todo lo demas perfecto gracias

La verdad es que mi experiencia de compra es positiva!, la cantidad de la mariscada me ha parecido bien, el envío llego en sí momento, como venía preparado el envío también, venía todo en perfectas condiciones. Nos ha gustado por regla general todo. Volveremos a repetir.

yo estoy muy contento con el servicio y con la calidad del producto,pero esto no se puede estropear por un tema de peso. si, digo de peso porque de eso es de lo que no estoy del todo contento, puesto que si un bogavante ha de estar entre los 900g, y 1,1 Kg. no puede ser que pese 850 g. Yo, para que mis clientes estén mas contentos y repitan, lo que haría seria aproximarme mas al 1,1 kg. que no quedarme corto.\nSaludos.\n\n,""Nos alegramos de que el servicio y la calidad sean de su agrado :) \n\nEl bogavante que le enviamos era de 950g, lo que pasa que al estar 15 horas fuera del agua van soltando algo de agua, no hay que olvidar que son animales que su hábitat es el mar y son transportados húmedos pero no dentro de agua. \n\nLa verdad que con el peso siempre intentamos tirar para arriba para como usted ha dicho no quedarnos cortos. \n\nUn saludo y muchas gracias por su comentario! Decirles que ya pensaba mandarles un comentario sobre su servicio y producto.\nExcelente todo, el producto, el servicio, la atención por teléfono porque tuve que llamar por una duda, el preparado y embalaje...todo....no tengo ni una pega....Gracias y por supuesto que han ganado unos clientes.

el servicio excelente, los productos muy frescos y de buena calidad, la única pega han sido las cigalas que las pedí del tamaño mediano y me resultaron un poco pequeñas, pero estaban buenísimas. Todo muy correcto. Muy recomendable.\n
