Entendemos se trata de un mal entendido, ya que la entrega era a pie de calle, es decir en el portal de casa, el transportista no debía subirlo al domicilio, por eso no lo entro.

El pedido nunca llegó a casa, la empresa por el momento no se responsabiliza y están esperando que dicen los de la empresa de transportes, todos sabemos cómo son las empresas de transportes.

Su pedido salió de fabrica correctamente y en la empresa de transporte consta como entregado, por lo que hemos procedido a abrir una incidencia con la agencia, para que esta nos confirme, que como usted indica su pedido no está entregado, aunque en el seguimiento indique que sí. La agencia está contrastando la información pertinente y esto conlleva un tiempo de espera, que estamos intentando agilizar.
En cuanto nos den indicaciones contactaremos con usted, para solventar lo ocurrido.
Sentimos las molestias ocasionadas.

La mercancía llegó en plazo y en perfecto estado. El único problema que le veo es que no hay forma de hacer seguimiento del estado del pedido, por lo que no tienes forma de saber cuándo llegará a tu domicilio.
