Hace bastante daño al hacer el masaje aún bajando la intensidad. Recibí el producto el 1/12/2024 y el cumpleaños de mi mujer es el 11/12/2024, lo hemos usado un par de días para ver si nos acostumbrábamos y nada. El día 14/12/2024 hice uso del desistimiento por correo y no he tenido contestación, después de enviar 3 o 4 correos. Hablé por chat varias y me dijeron que me iban a retirar el producto, después me enviaron un correo como que lo tuviese todo bien embalado (23/12/2024) y aún no han pasado. He llamado hoy (30/12/2024) por teléfono y una chica me ha dicho que daría aviso a la compañía de transporte. A ver si no tengo que ir al arbitraje de consumo porque son 130€ y parece que me están tomando el pelo.

Panels came damaged, contacted global relax to no avail.

Fake company.
Went to the address and was told the company has not been at that address for over two years now and many people show up looking for them saying they where scammed.
Called the number and the person who answered said it was the wrong number.
Keep it away from them

Hi. Unable to use the product right now due to the cable that runs from the base to the control panel was under the column and was sliced during moving. I have sent a Whatsapp request for either replacement parts or a new unit. It's only been 48 hours but no response.

Global Relax sauna 's. We ordered a Dharani S2 Plus. We had a slight issue but they were professional and very polite. Our product is awesome and I recommend you buy your sauna from these people. Steve Rees-Thompson.

El sillon KENSHO PLUS color gris azulado (muy clarito) esta disponible las medidas del sillon son con la caja de 76 cm de ancho x 128 cm largo y 117 cm de alto peso 96kg
la puerta de acceso tiene que medir minimo 78 cm. La entrega PREMIUM PLUS a 249,99€ incluye el transporte y el montage de su sillon, si hay que subirlo a un septimo piso hay que medir la puerta del ascensor. nos puede tambien escribir al mail de atencion al cliente [email protected] indicandonos un numero de telefono donde podriamos llamarle y darle mas informacion sobre el producto y la entrega.

Lamentablemente, el cuerpo principal del sillon de masaje ANANDA no cabe por una puerta de 68 cms de anchura (ni desmontado ni abierto).
El unico sillon que tiene una anchura inferior a 68 cms (y con los brazos desmontados) es el modelo KARMA. M
