I think the product is okay but I wasn’t actually sent a Zen Shaper so it’s very difficult to review it.
The crazy fitness is what I received and should have been £199 but I paid £500 for a Zen shaper.
As the company is hard to communicate with I don’t want to attempt to send the product all the way to Spain so we will persevere with what we have.
At least it arrived in tact. It has strange wheels which to use, you have to tip the whole piece of equipment very far back to get it to engage with the wheels which is hard for small people or people with fragile backs etc so moving it will be hard. But all the programmes of crazy fitness seem to work ok

El día del masaje todo genial. Te sientes super agusto y relajado. Incluso mejoré la movilidad en los dedos de los pies.

La sauna "Dharani", funciona por panel de fibra de carbono, puede obtener más detalle en la descripción del producto o si lo desea llamarnos.

If I am going to pay the guarantee with the extension of five years I want to ask what is included in the guarantee if something bad happens with the machine? Also I want to ask how many days does the shipment take approximately from where you are to New York, USA? And finally, if the wireless control stops working, you replace it without any problem? And if there is any malfunction with the machine in the period of the five years of guarantee that I am paying and I had to return and send you the machine, who pays the shipment with the carrier you or do I have to pay them (and how much would that shipment cost? the carrier if I had to pay it or are you responsible for the return and the carrier and includes it in the guarantee?). All GLOBAL RELAX products are protected by a 2-year Official Warranty, and/or an Extended Warranty of up to 5 years.
The Warranty covers any defect in the operation of the device due to a manufacturing defect, not due to customer misuse.
To give you an example: if the device stops working due to an internal electrical problem, this fault is covered by the warranty.
However, if the user drops a glass of water on the device and it stops working, this incident is not covered by the warranty.
Apart from the above, in case the device has a fault, GLOBAL RELAX will pick up the device at no cost to you.
Once fixed, you will receive it back at your home without any cost either.
In case the breakdown is serious and can´t be repaired, a new device will be delivered to you.
Please check the level of satisfaction of our customers through the opinion panel (REVI) of our official online store (www.globalrelax.com).
At this moment, for deliveries in USA and Canada, we are communicating a delivery time of 4-6 working days from the order date, due to the transport restrictions imposed by the COVID-19 crisis.

From Global Relax we thank you for your interest in our products. If it refers to the duration of the Skandas when they are fully charged, I will tell you that it depends on the daily use that you give, if you are going to devote 2/3 daily massages of 15 minutes you can last 4/5 days. The full load of the Skandas is 4 to 5 hours.

KEIZAN CURVED est un tapis roulant entièrement manuel.
Il n'est donc pas équipé d'un dispositif/régulateur automatique ou mécanique pour régler la résistance/dureté.
La résistance générée par ce tapis de course manuel est générée par le propre poids de l'utilisateur.
